Three levels of content support can be delivered as required and invoiced separately.

Provide a complete management solution for website support, upgrades, security, and enhancements across the network, including the launching of up to 56 build-and-host sites (excluding migration or creation of content).  

Please note that as there is a set-up cost to establish the maintenance and support system that a 12-month engagement is priced at a higher rate than if a longer engagement of three years is locked in.  

We have conducted a preliminary audit of the 56 build-and-host websites and would anticipate that more than half will need no or limited support (simple: 35 sites), some 12 websites might require moderate support and only one or two appear sufficiently complex to require individually scoped support.

Provide a global website strategy, including a multisite solution and hosting configuration for the Baker Tilly International website and build-and-host network. Global website to have refreshed design and content, on a flexible and scalable network theme. This package includes a training package customised for Baker Tilly, which is designed to assist each of the build and host firms in learning how to use, expand and maximise the impact of their websites.  

 Note: Each of the build-and-host websites will be delivered on a staging environment ready for firms to customise and create or add content. A separate price has been provided for individual firm content migration assistance.
