I am a senior digital consultant, whose work includes videography for clients. I have been involved in the production of a large number of videos for Baker Tilly International as it resumed its face-to-face conferences. This work included attending Baker Tilly International’s offices in London to interview and film members of the leadership team, and then conducting on-ground detailed interviews with representatives of the strategic markets in Portugal at the EMEA conference in 2022. The videos have been used to introduce CEO Francesca Lagerberg to the network, and to allow greater understanding across the network of emerging areas of practice strength.

As a senior Director within Cannings Purple I work closely with our multinational clients on their strategic positioning, public presentation and messaging. I have worked with our internal Baker Tilly International team on a number of projects that have included the development of strategies for the strategic markets, facilitation at the EMEA conference in Lisbon and undertaking of a gap analysis to explore the communications strategy, structure, skills and resources required by Global Office.

I am a creative director and founder of the developer team and have worked within the web design and branding industry for over 18 years. My driving passion is to help organisations stand up and get noticed. I work across a broad range of digital and traditional creative areas, including directly with clients on projects.

As a Digital Director, I have led the development of three Baker Tilly International projects, including the Great Conversations content hub and two microsites. I have worked as a senior web developer at several digital agencies and am now a co-director of Meta Creative.
DIGITAL Director
Victor Fauszen
I work on major projects for Baker Tilly International when they arrive, including overseeing the development and management of the multi-stage Road to Paris internal communications campaign. In this role, I acted as a liaison between our team of writers and the Global Office to produce long-form weekly emails promoting strategic markets and the Baker Tilly People Strategy in the lead-up to the 2022 global conference. I support the project management of our Asana boards for these projects, helping to streamline the delivery of content from multiple sources, and ensuring appropriate oversight and approval.
SENIOR CONSULTANT
Declan Evans
As a content producer within Cannings Purple’s Baker Tilly International team, I am called on to provide alternative format content, often for internal purposes. For example, I have filmed, edited and subtitled three-to-five-minute videos showcasing each strategic market, often using Zoom as a way to expedite and capture experts remotely. For the Road to Paris internal communications campaign, I worked with our animator to develop eight bespoke animations to help each of the strategic markets tell their story and explain their value to the network. I am also charged with project managing content-intense projects, using Asana to keep the Global Office across the content workflow, streamlining feedback, approval and scheduling process in collaboration with the BTI team.

As the one of the lead writers for Cannings Purple’s Baker Tilly International Team, I research and conduct interviews with Partners and experts from across the world about emerging issues and the challenges that affect Baker Tilly International clients. The goal of elevating partner expertise sits at the heart of Now, For Tomorrow — it positions the network as thoughtful sharers of knowledge on topics of great interest or importance to the client base. My role has seen me work closely with leaders in different member firms, helping them identify angles and potential topics, as well as providing context and advice on the best way to engage media and external interest around different ideas.

As the content editor for Cannings Purple’s Baker Tilly International team, I interview Baker Tilly experts and partners around the world on their areas of expertise, on topics as diverse as cryptocurrencies, e-commerce, property, tax, the metaverse, patent law, corporate finance and international tourism. My role sees me edit and publish the Great Conversations articles on the WordPress Content Hub developed by our team as well developing many of the interactive data visualisations that sit within our more complex stories. Technical elements of my role include including site maintenance, SEO and metatext development, as well as linking insights produced on the Global website to the profiles and websites of partners at firms across the network.

I have worked with Baker Tilly since 2021, specialising in designing custom animated presentations that have been used in global conferences and workshops by Baker Tilly leaders. In 2022 I worked as part of the communication specialist team that developed the collateral for the Lisbon and LATAM in-conference gap analysis, including supporting the translation of documents into Spanish.
Senior Design Consultant
Maddi Murray
As an Art Director, my work with Baker Tilly International began in 2019 where I designed a range of marketing collateral including PowerPoint presentations and infographics designed to embed the new brand in external-facing content. As Baker Tilly shifted to telling its story on the global stage, I designed the Great Conversations website, with a focus on visually interesting content that could support complex stories and the use of other elements including video, interactive graphics, animations, pull quotes and other elements. Most recently, I designed the Global Tax Solutions and Multinational Client Experience microsites, which have been created as landing pages with a simple user interface, to allow firms to promote these cross-network service lines.

As a Design Manager, I have worked with Baker Tilly International to facilitate the design and development of marketing collateral used to enhance Baker Tilly's messaging in and around the network. I oversee the design studio and manage the multiple streams of work that take place on major projects, and provide the final oversight of deliverables before they go to the client. In the lead up to Paris in 2022, I worked on the multi-platform internal communications campaign, including liaison with the animation team and the presentation development group.
Design Manager

As an Associate Director, Digital, I helped develop, launch and now manage the maintenance of Baker Tilly International’s Great Conversations content hub, which is hosted on WordPress but integrated into the broader Baker Tilly International website. I supported the implementation of the two microsites — Global Tax Solutions and Multinational Client Experience — and manage our internal dashboard that tracks the traffic across Baker Tilly International content pages. As part of our website development practice, my role includes working with clients on the integration of web and marketing services, strategy support, implementation and the management of web-based content. As an example, I work with clients to audit the content they have on existing websites, help to triage what will be transferred to new sites, undertake stress testing for clients in staging environments and support the final transfer and launch.
Associate Director

I have worked with Baker Tilly International since late 2019, providing the digital and technical support required for our contracted work with Baker Tilly. This has included overseeing various strategic projects to amplify the global brand and positioning of Baker Tilly international. This includes the strategy, design, development and implementation of the content hub, evolving from Great Conversations to a rounded content hub over two years. With the Cannings Purple Digital team we have delivered a number of websites, social media and competitor data, information architecture and technical audits to support the development of the website scope. I have delivered a number of workshops with the Baker Tilly international team including a social media content workshop, LinkedIn masterclass, WordPress training and ad-hoc digital strategy workshops.
Director of Digital
Glenn Langridge
I have worked with Baker Tilly International since March 2019, when we helped develop an initial corporate narrative to help cement the recently introduced global brand. Since then, I have been fortunate enough to work with both the Global Office, individual firms, and partners across the world on some of the exciting projects underway at Baker Tilly, including the Great Conversations series, international conferences, the introduction of a new Global Chair and CEO, and the review of strategic positioning within the global office. Together with the Cannings Purple Digital Team, we have worked to introduce two microsites and a content hub to BTI's digital architecture, as well as supporting the strategic market initiatives with content and collateral.
