Cannings Purple is proud to have partnered with INX Software to redesign, reposition and relaunch its 22 year old brand to set it up for strong growth in a competitive tech market. The brand strategy has brought clarity, consistency and modern strategic thinking to provide a solid foundation for INX as it continues to evolve in response to market needs and challenges. The results have been overwhlemingly positive in the time since the brand launch, with INX’s new-look logo and market positioning already demonstrating improve sales, boosted employee culture and enhanced market recognition.

INX Software is trusted by leading global brands
to deliver logistics, environment, health and safety software solutions designed to solve complex problems and keep fast-paced, complex operations moving.

Since its foundation in 2001, the company has maintained a strong growth and acquisition strategy — but this presented a complex marketing message, with its diverse product offering causing brand mis-alignment and customer confusion.

It was against this backdrop that INX engaged Cannings Purple in 2022. While the initial scope focused on developing a launch video for a new product, we worked with the INX team to identify a deeper need: while marketing tools and sales enablers were important, the key to unlocking the strength of INX’s offering lay in delivering a clear and compelling brand position to underpin them. After consultation with INX’s leadership team, Cannings Purple was asked to shift our focus towards developing a branding strategy to drive future-focused marketing for this growing company.
